How can a business help society?

This was the challenge business services group Commercial set out to address by establishing Commercial Foundation CIC in 2015.

The goal was to support disadvantaged young people, helping them improve their lives and get into work. Commercial Foundation achieves this innovatively via the No Limits programme and We Do. Print.

Our model makes it easy for businesses to add social value to the supply chain by using We Do. Print. But many of them are so inspired by the young people we work with that they also get directly involved in mentoring, training and work experience opportunities.

No Limits programme

All young people joining Commercial Foundation take part in the No Limits programme. It involves a wide range of support, mentoring and training while working voluntarily for We Do. Print to develop skills, a sense of responsibility and an understanding of the business world.

We Do. Print

The beauty of We Do. Print is that it raises funds for the No Limits programme and provides a real business environment to nurture young people’s emerging skills. They experience all aspects of the business, from marketing and finance to production, warehousing, distribution and IT.
