Who are we?
Commercial Foundation is a print and fulfilment studio that delivers more.
- High-quality digital print and branded merchandise
- Pick, pack and fulfilment services for organisations across the UK
- Fast, flexible delivery with a clear social purpose
But here’s what makes us different.
We’re a Community Interest Company and B Corp–certified social enterprise. Every order we print, pack or post helps fund programmes that transform young lives.
Our clients choose us for the quality, reliability and flexibility we provide.
They stay with us because of the social impact we create together.
Through our work, we support young people aged 16–25 across Cheltenham and Gloucestershire to build confidence, skills and real work experience through youth employability programme.
Over 200 young people have taken part in our programme.
Like Ellis who arrived at the Foundation via a referral from Prospect Training. He showed a keen interest in IT and, at the end of the programme, beat 19 other hopefuls to secure a role working within Commercial’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) as a 1st Line support apprentice.

We offer something unique
We’re the only digital print and fulfilment studio in the UK with a employability programme at its core.
Every order supports our business – and helps a young person grow too.
From business cards and branded merchandise to bulk fulfilment, we help brands show what they stand for.
And with B Corp accreditation, we also deliver measurable Social Value Return on Investment (SROI) for our clients.
This isn’t just print. It’s print with purpose.
Changing lives
through real work
We started in 2015, driven by a determination to provide opportunities for young people.
We wanted to challenge the idea of social disadvantage, and champion inclusion, regardless of any previous obstacles a young person had encountered. So, we created something inspiring… Something a bit different.
Our live, working print studio is where young people aged 16–25, many of whom have faced barriers to employment, gain real-world experience, support and confidence. Our eight-week No Limits programme is powered by the work we do for our clients.
Every order helps fund this practical, hands-on journey, where young people build skills, self-belief, and find their path into employment, education or training.
